Four Simple Office Stretches

Sitting all day can be hard on your body. Try to move around and stretch every 30 minutes if you are able! Here are four easy stretches to try.

Cross body shoulder stretch: Hold your arm across your body with your other arm. Hold for 10 seconds then switch arms.
Upper trap stretch: Slowly move your neck from side to side. Hold on each side for 10 seconds.
Quad Stretch: Bend your knee back and hold on to your ankle for 10 seconds. If needed hold on to a table or chair for support. Switch legs and repeat.
Low-back hand clasp: ring hands behind your back,  point your thumbs toward the ground, and clasp them together, touching palm-to-palm.
