What to expect from Performance Physical Therapy

During your first physical therapy appointment with us we will thoroughly assess your current condition and identify the source of discomfort or dysfunction. Here we will establish goals and set up an individualized treatment plan of action to get you to a successful recovery.  Your Therapist will teach you about your condition and comfort you throughout your recovery process.

After your evaluation, your treatment sessions will consist of fixing your injury, movement disorder and/or pain that brought you to us in the first place. We will use hands-on techniques to stretch and mobilize your affected body part. We will also use exercise to improve your strength and restore your function. You will also receive instruction for an in-home exercise plan as well as education on proper body mechanics and posture to prevent re-injury.

Patient Testimonials

Everyone at Performance Physical Therapy has been wonderful. The difference between now and when I first started coming here is night and day. I appreciate every minute of time I spent here. I don't think anyone would ever call recovering from surgery, "fun," but I had about as pleasant a time as it gets.
